Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join our team at Arrow Electronics as the CloudHealth EMEA and APAC Lead. This is a key role that will be responsible for driving sales growth and strategy for our CloudHealth line of product and services in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales and business goals for CloudHealth in EMEA and APAC.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with Business Segment Leaders to formulate initiatives and programs that drive local market success.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor top sales talent to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales effectiveness and working capital.
  • Manage sales compensation plans and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy in the IT industry.
  • Leadership experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships and understand the cloud hyperscalers market and FinOps practice.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
