Sales Strategy Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to drive the growth of our CloudHealth business in EMEA and APAC regions. As a Sales Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that meets and exceeds established sales and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and customer needs
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Build and maintain strategic business relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve sales effectiveness
- Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent to support business growth
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the IT industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships
- Fluency in English
