Position: Sales Specialist Digital PathologyThe Sales Specialist Digital Pathology will be responsible for developing the growth of the regional Digital Pathology business in Spain and Portugal, ensuring the implementation of the DP strategy, and leading the regional activity to win business from new accounts and existing Leica customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Execute the regional Digital Pathology business strategy, focusing on market share capture and building and delivering Digital Pathology projects that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Sales Management: Manage Digital Pathology sales opportunities in large and medium-sized competitive accounts across the full funnel process from lead to implementation, in collaboration with the Account Manager team.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with the Account Managers, Regional Sales, and EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to ensure consistent above-market growth, and liaise with Distribution and Customer IT departments to design and implement the Digital Pathology solution.
- Market Research and Analysis: Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share, and support the tender response team on technical application processes.
- Value Selling and Smart Pricing: Communicate the value proposition of Leica Biosystems' products and solutions, and support value selling and smart pricing models.
- University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in the Health Care IT environment, with knowledge of technologies, products, processes, and selling/purchasing with the hospital environment, competitor and market awareness.
