We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Leica Biosystems. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for our Digital Pathology business in Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Digital Pathology market, with a focus on market share capture.
- Project Execution: Collaborate with customers to deliver Digital Pathology projects that meet their needs and expectations.
- Sales Strategy: Work with the Account Manager team to manage sales opportunities across the full funnel process, from lead to implementation.
- Partnerships: Partner with the Account Managers, Regional Sales, and EMEA Digital Pathology & Workflow Team to ensure consistent above-market growth.
- Customer Engagement: Liaise with Distribution and Customer IT departments to design and implement the Digital Pathology solution.
- Market Research: Research and develop new opportunities to increase Leica Biosystems' market share.
- Tender Support: Support the tender response team on technical application processes.
- Value Selling: Communicate the value of Leica Biosystems' solutions to customers and represent the company's winning characteristics compared to competitors.
- Smart Pricing: Support value selling and smart pricing models.
- DBS Tools: Apply DBS tools to maximize results and optimizations.
- Education: University degree in IT or Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Relevant experience in the Health Care IT environment, including knowledge of technologies, products, processes, and selling/purchasing with the hospital environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, and willingness to travel within the defined territory up to 60% of the time.
