About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team at Schindler. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong business process knowledge to create impactful reports for our Group and Country management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Intelligence: Develop and maintain advanced data models to improve understanding and consistency.
  • Project Planning: Focus on middle and long-term planning to meet overall project goals.
  • Scrum Team Management: Manage the backlog by breaking down and prioritizing requirements to ensure value delivery every sprint.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and deliver high-quality reports to gather user feedback and ensure usefulness and impact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owner and scrum master to align vision and lead the team to achieve sprint goals.
Requirements
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in BI projects with solid knowledge in leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Einstein Analytics, or Tableau).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into impactful reports.
  • Full BI lifecycle experience (from requirement gathering to data collection and reporting).
