We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team at Schindler Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong business process knowledge to create impactful reports for our Group and Country management.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop best-in-class Power BI reports in collaboration with experts from different parts of our business.
- Organize and prioritize requirements to ensure timely delivery of reports.
- Lead your scrum team in close coordination with the product owner and scrum master.
- Collaborate with Global Finance and other Global Functions to gather requirements and design reports.
- Report to the CoE Digital Analytics Team Lead in Madrid and be part of the Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team based in Ebikon, Switzerland.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in various BI projects with solid knowledge in one of the leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Einstein Analytics or Tableau).
- Bachelor's degree or engineering.
- Full BI lifecycle experience (from requirement gathering to data collection up to the reporting).
- Strong problem solver and ability to translate business needs into impactful reports.
- Evangelist for change management and driving digitalization within a multinational environment.
- Strong business knowledge of the Sales process related to Funnel management as well as Performance analysis.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and SAP FI/CO modules is a plus.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized; able to structure and manage large quantities of complex information.
- Proficiency in English and proactive communication effectively with all levels of staff and management.
