About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Global Reporting Solutions (GRS) team at Schindler Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong business process knowledge to create impactful reports for our Group and Country management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop best-in-class Power BI reports in collaboration with experts from different parts of our business.
  • Manage the backlog of your scrum team by breaking down and prioritizing requirements to meet overall project goals.
  • Lead your team by defining clear sprint goals and sprint backlog.
  • Test the results of your reports thoroughly with your team to match the expected results.
  • Support Business Change Managers on our Standard Reporting solutions adoption country wise.
Requirements
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in various BI projects with solid knowledge in one of the leading BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Einstein Analytics or Tableau) for data analytics, visualizations, reporting.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Full BI lifecycle experience (from requirement gathering to data collection up to the reporting).
  • Strong problem solver and ability to translate business needs into impactful reports.
  • Evangelist for change management and driving digitalization within a multinational environment.
