About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Director to join our team at Parexel. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities across our FSP services, primarily clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Operations, Solutions Consultants, and Marketing, to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Lead proposal development and strategy to ensure client needs are addressed and resourcing/pricing is appropriate to win the business and meet margin targets
  • Drive the entire sales process and ensure smooth transition to delivery
  • Maintain close relationships with delivery teams to identify new opportunities and ensure account growth
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record of achieving/surpassing sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player, including complex, dynamic teams
  • Excellent business/industry awareness and a thorough understanding of industry trends and impact on the business
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, clients, and customers
  • Ability to maintain demanding timelines and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales role in a CRO selling FSP services
  • Experience with clinical operations services highly desirable
  • A bachelors' degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
