Responsibilities:

Drive new business growth within large enterprise accounts and successfully close opportunities. Cultivate and enhance the company's relationships with various business units and overall enterprise clients. Establish and nurture close partnerships with strategic alliances. Comprehend the clients' business strategies and directions while managing a sustainable business portfolio. Oversee the complete sales process by engaging necessary resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners. Present innovative concepts that highlight Talkdesk's competitive edge and forward-thinking approach. Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective management of the Talkdesk sales process. Formulate a comprehensive sales strategy and plan to ensure consistent achievement of objectives for your designated market. Build enduring, meaningful relationships with management, team members, and the prospect/customer community. Align with the Talkdesk sales Go-to-Market strategy to develop and take ownership of market segmentation and targeted accounts. Foster essential internal relationships to provide the necessary support for account management and deal closure. Deliver accurate and realistic forecasting information to the management team according to our processes and policies. Relay market feedback and requirements back to headquarters constructively. Proactively engage in problem-solving that involves other functional areas, rather than merely passing issues along. Lead in prioritizing customer needs to ensure that engineering and other functional areas can focus on critical tasks and issues.

Requirements:

Proven experience in selling Enterprise Contact Center software solutions to large accounts. 2-5 years of experience managing strategic accounts. Over 8 years of outside/direct sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in SaaS. Specific experience in selling to complex enterprise clients. Proficient in strategic value-based selling. Experienced in selling SaaS solutions, managing complex sales processes, and solution-based selling to CXO, senior management, and director-level individuals. Strong analytical skills with a solid business acumen. Adaptable personality, capable of adjusting to various environments. Exceptional analytical and business negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, foster positive relationships, uncover hidden issues during due diligence, and successfully close transactions. Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and implementing new business initiatives involving cutting-edge technology. Proven ability to significantly increase revenues and scale customer growth. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Extensive experience in negotiation and contract development. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup atmosphere. Knowledge of CCaaS and relevant networks.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-based work, involving extended periods of sitting or standing, and computer-related tasks. Limited lifting, with equipment usage confined to computer-related devices (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
