Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead business development and secure new client relationships within the Spanish market. This role entails identifying, cultivating, and finalizing opportunities with both prospective and existing clients, while effectively managing forecasts and customer data.

We advocate for a consultative sales methodology, prioritizing an understanding of customer needs before introducing our solutions. Your proficiency will be essential in demonstrating the value of our offerings, guiding clients through the trial phase, and ensuring a seamless transition to our Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass individual quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Oversee all facets of the sales cycle, including prospecting, sales presentations, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Drive sales through proactive outreach and incoming leads.
  • Articulate the benefits of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise effectively.
  • Develop expertise in managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Handle quote generation, order processing, and daily customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting goals in a competitive landscape (top 10% performer).
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and resilient team player.
  • Flexible and experienced in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all channels (in-person, online, written) with the ability to build strong relationships both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies is preferred.
  • Residency in Spain is required.

The expected compensation range for this position in Spain is EUR 180,000 - EUR 230,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skills as evaluated during the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonuses (if applicable), and additional perks.
