Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead the acquisition and development of new business opportunities within the Spanish market. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, cultivating, and securing relationships with both prospective and existing clients. Your ability to manage forecasts and maintain accurate customer data will be vital to your success.

We advocate for a consultative sales methodology, emphasizing the importance of understanding client needs prior to discussing product offerings. Your technical expertise will play a crucial role in demonstrating the value of our solutions, guiding customers through the trial phase, and ensuring a seamless transition to our Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass individual sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Oversee all facets of the sales cycle, including prospecting, conducting sales meetings, delivering product demonstrations, and managing proposals and negotiations.
  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and engagement with inbound leads.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to potential clients.
  • Become proficient in managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Handle quote generation, order processing, and daily customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the infrastructure technology sector.
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive landscape (top 10% performer).
  • A dynamic, enthusiastic, and resilient team player.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential.
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all mediums (in-person, online, written) and the ability to build strong relationships both physically and virtually.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies is preferred.
  • Must reside in Spain.

The expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this position in Spain range from EUR 180,000 to EUR 230,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skillset as evaluated during the interview process. Benefits include equity, potential bonuses, and additional perks.
