Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead business development efforts across the Spanish market. This role entails identifying, nurturing, and finalizing opportunities with both prospective and existing clients, while effectively managing forecasts and customer data.

We emphasize a consultative sales methodology, prioritizing an understanding of customer needs before discussing our offerings. Your proficiency will be essential in conveying the benefits of our solutions, guiding customers through the trial phase, and ensuring a seamless transition to our Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass individual quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Oversee all facets of the sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Drive sales through proactive outreach and management of inbound leads.
  • Effectively communicate the value propositions of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Develop expertise in managing your sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce.
  • Handle quote generation, order processing, and daily customer inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting goals in a competitive landscape (top 10% performer).
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and resilient team player.
  • Flexible and experienced in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with open-source technologies is a considerable advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all channels (in-person, online, written) with the ability to build strong relationships both physically and virtually.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies is preferred.
  • Must reside in Spain.

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) compensation range for this position in Spain is EUR 180,000 - EUR 230,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skills evaluated during the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonuses (if applicable), and additional perks.
