About the Role

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and success in the CloudHealth line of product and services (FinOps) across EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and/or exceed established sales and business goals.
  • Align strategic direction for business with company goals and customer needs to build a rigorous business culture.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a diversified sales and support team to support Arrow's value proposition to customers and suppliers.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor top sales talent, and build a succession plan for future state.
  • Make operational decisions, including sales effectiveness and working capital, to support company goals on financial targets.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing a sales strategy in the IT industry.
  • Leadership experience is a must.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Effective communication with people at all levels.
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
  • Understanding of the cloud hyperscalers market and FinOps practice is a plus.
