About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UK Finance Account Executive to join our team at Samaipata. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers, identifying their financial needs, and articulating the value proposition of our treasury management solution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand Customer Needs: Develop a deep understanding of the financial challenges faced by our customers and identify opportunities to provide value through our solution.
  2. Sales and Retention: Manage the sales and retention process for mid and large size businesses, interacting with their finance teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Lead Generation: Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior managers, to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  5. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product and its features, working closely with our Product team to identify client pain points and inform the product roadmap.
Requirements
  1. Perseverance: Demonstrate a professional and engaging approach to building relationships and driving sales.
  2. Experience: 4+ years in customer-related roles, with a strong understanding of B2B software solutions and finance.
  3. Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  4. Results-Oriented: Be a self-motivated and results-driven individual, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  5. Language Skills: Fluency in English, with Spanish a plus.
