Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compensation and Benefits Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the company's compensation plans and benefit packages, as well as leading the people administration management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan.
- Ensuring salaries and benefits comply with current legislation.
- Managing changes in compensation packages.
- Supporting managers and team members on payroll questions and issues.
- Identifying trends and implementing new practices to engage and motivate employees.
- Reviewing compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
- Keeping track of prevailing pay rates and ensuring competitive compensation plans.
- Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
- Tracing compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
- Researching new possible Parser locations, including preliminary analysis of costs, salaries, and benefits.
- Employee enrollment taking into account each location requirement.
- Establishing and running the relocation process.
- Notify monthly compensation structure: gathering information on extra hours, referral bonus, salary changes or bonus payments, paid licenses, vacations, etc. and contrasting news with payslips.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience managing compensations and benefits in different locations.
- Experience managing teams.
