About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our EMEA HQ team in France. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Demand Generation Reps in their efforts to prospect for new business and acquire new customers in a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Demand Generation Reps in their efforts to prospect for new business and acquire new customers
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy an outbound plan to optimize prospecting efforts and maximize end customer value
  • Mentor and develop young sales professionals, monitor team performance, create scaling mechanisms, build trust with internal and external stakeholders, and deliver the DG organization vision and strategy
  • Plan, execute, and report on campaigns targeted at accelerated adoption of cloud services focusing on prospecting
  • Manage the monthly/quarterly business reporting to senior leadership
  • Analyze data and trends and make informed recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Coach and develop a team of Demand Generation Reps
  • Manage Sales Compensation scheme
  • Develop relationships and work with marketing, sales, partner, sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution

Requirements
  • Experience in technology-related account management or business development
  • Experience in leading sales teams executing on sales plans, revenue targets
  • Experience with CRM (preferred)
  • Experience developing and executing targeted outbound activity
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder matrix
  • Fluent in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5Y+ Experience in team leadership positions in a result-oriented environment and experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals
  • MBA, BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Track record in effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
  • Profound insights into the French business ecosystem, main market stakeholders, and trends
