Job Title: Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Red Points. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes for our clients by providing exceptional customer experience and strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their success and growth
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to boost client results
  • Hold regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress and goals
  • Keep clients informed about company initiatives and product launches
  • Identify areas for improvement and execute on them to drive client success

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent or native level of English and Spanish
  • Ability to detect growth opportunities for clients
  • Client-centric approach
  • Resilience and adaptability
