As a Senior Implementation Specialist at TravelPerk, you will serve as a key expert on our platform, deeply understanding client needs and providing proactive guidance and support throughout their onboarding journey. Your strong change management abilities will be essential in this role, allowing you to effectively bridge the gap between platform capabilities and client expectations.
Your responsibilities will include crafting a comprehensive rollout strategy that aligns with the specific requirements of each client, ensuring both immediate and long-term success. You will take a prominent role in the global Implementation and Revenue teams, demonstrating ownership and expertise.
To ensure that new clients are well-equipped to utilize TravelPerk for their business travel, you will execute platform configurations, offer technical assistance, and prepare users for success. This involves tailoring client accounts to meet their specifications, providing proactive support for integrations, and coordinating customized training sessions with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the initial point of contact for clients in your portfolio, representing TravelPerk during the implementation phase.
- Engage in consultative discussions with clients to gather their requirements.
- Utilize your experience and data-driven best practices to address client needs.
- Oversee the rollout of the platform for clients, supplying guides, templates, and strategies to ensure successful adoption.
- Take full responsibility for the timeline and management of the account during the implementation process, directing internal team efforts to support clients.
- Coordinate and lead training sessions for newly onboarded clients, including sessions for executive stakeholders.
- Provide technical support as clients integrate with marketplace partners or custom API solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and configuration by analyzing booking behavior post-implementation, offering proactive support and recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments within TravelPerk, including Sales, Account Management, Product Development, Engineering, and Finance.
- Evaluate completed implementation projects to identify areas for process improvement.
- Adopt a cycle of execution, assessment, improvement, and adaptation as the team and organization evolve.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Implementation Team, using your coaching and leadership skills to assist colleagues.
Qualifications:
A customer-centric approach is essential, focusing on delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients and understanding their long-term needs. A proven history of managing and executing complex projects in a dynamic environment is required, including the ability to define project scope and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project momentum.
Demonstrated experience working with C-level stakeholders to articulate their requirements and concerns clearly and professionally is crucial. You should be able to cultivate relationships across all organizational levels, both internally and externally, adjusting your communication style as needed.
A consultative mindset for making recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders is necessary, along with a willingness to seek continuous improvement opportunities. You should be motivated by challenges and possess a personal drive to make a meaningful impact.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
