We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer to join our team, located in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facilities and facilities services according to Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety and Environmental Regulations to ensure execution, compliance, and proper reporting.
- Assure change implementation complies with local and federal regulations; evaluate impact and actions plan to assure proper implementation.
- Manage and support facilities EHS services like audits, Good Saves, incidents, CAPAs, etc.
- Identify issues and risks that can cause failure to comply with EHS regulatory requirements, downtime or impact the financial plan; report to management, providing alternatives to assure issues or risks are mitigated.
- Act as facilities subject matter expert for area improvements, deviation evaluations, regulatory audits, and capital justification.
- Support major process and facilities projects, including conducting project team meetings.
- Ensure the establishment, implementation, execution, and monitoring of the facilities' environmental controls throughout the facilities maintenance system.
- Ensure the establishment, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the environmental management systems.
- Assure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Act in accordance with the principles expressed in Our Credo and the Quality Statement in all negotiations and activities within and outside the company and assure these are met.
- Prepare performance reports on accomplishments and situations of the area for the department head.
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
- Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Consistent record of successfully conducting process improvements and driving operational excellence.
