Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities and facilities services according to Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety and Environmental Regulations to ensure execution, compliance, and proper reporting.
  • Assure change implementation complies with local and federal regulations; evaluate impact and actions plan to assure proper implementation.
  • Manage and support facilities EHS services like audits, Good Saves, incidents, CAPAs, etc.
  • Identify issues and risks that can cause failure to comply with EHS regulatory requirements, downtime or impact the financial plan; report to management, providing alternatives to assure issues or risks are mitigated.
  • Act as facilities subject matter expert for area improvements, deviation evaluations, regulatory audits, and capital justification.
  • Support major process and facilities projects, including conducting project team meetings.
  • Ensure the establishment, implementation, execution, and monitoring of the facilities' environmental controls throughout the facilities maintenance system.
  • Ensure the establishment, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the environmental management systems.
  • Assure compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Act in accordance with the principles expressed in Our Credo and the Quality Statement in all negotiations and activities within and outside the company and assure these are met.
  • Prepare performance reports on accomplishments and situations of the area for the department head.
  • Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to the next management level.
  • Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Consistent record of successfully conducting process improvements and driving operational excellence.
