Job Summary

The Facilities Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities. This includes assisting with financial processes, managing maintenance and operations, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with financial processes to ensure accurate and timely management of site-related expenses.
  • Manage maintenance and operations activities, including scheduling and coordinating with vendors and internal departments.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating special events, and ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements.
  • Work closely with internal departments, including IT, Security, and Real Estate, to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also essential.
