Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Tiffany & Co. in Madrid, Spain.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in retail stock management/inventory control, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional operational support to drive sales and service, overseeing order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment, and monitoring and reconciling merchandise inventory.
The ideal candidate will have a dynamic service-driven personality, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service
- Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory
- Support with service information, repairs, shipping, and inventory quickly and accurately
- Minimum of three years' experience in retail stock management/inventory control
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail store hours as necessary
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
