Operations - Installations Coordinator

Euronet Worldwide EFT division is seeking a results-driven Operations – Installations Coordinator to join our international Operations team in Spain.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic and rapidly expanding company. The successful candidate will be based in Madrid, working in our Alcobendas office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve network efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Manage and control warehouse processes, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Euronet Central Operations teams to address and mitigate potential incidents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve processes.
  • Plan and manage stock and inventory to optimize resources and meet demand.
  • Demonstrate quick problem-solving abilities by coordinating with personnel from other companies.
  • Lead projects and manage processes to enhance overall operations and achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Engineering background, preferably in Industrial Organization and Logistics Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • English B2 fluency and Spanish proficiency.
  • High learning capacity and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel and Outlook.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in hardware or software.
  • Remote communication skills.
  • Logistics and warehousing expertise.
  • Knowledge of payment systems or Cash In Transit Companies.
