Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations professional to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating and liaising with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless sales order management and customer fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including customer fulfillment and sales order management.
- Coordinate with customers, sales teams, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and report on sales metrics, including OTD, FR, and ST.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of EDI and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish and business English.
