About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at iRobot. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating and liaising with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless sales order management and customer fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of customer fulfillment, sales order management, and logistics coordination.
- Take care of customer inquiries regarding availability, pricing, and deliveries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, coordinating customer requests and managing internal factors to meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate logistics requirements with 3PL coordinators, reporting and coordinating with them on outbound orders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Provide control and reporting for internal auditors.
Requirements
- At least two- or three-years' experience in sales operations or a related field, preferably with experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong background in EDI integration with ERP systems, including orders, invoices, and credit notes.
- Knowledge of service metrics for logistics purposes, such as OTD, FR, ST, and other service fulfillment metrics.
- SOX's Controls experience in terms of Sales Ops Scope (pricing, SOs management, etc.).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Independent and proactive, capable of taking initiative and coordinating tasks with the rest of the organization.
- Highly motivated, flexible, and excellent at organization.
- Supportive and collaborative, able to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders, a team player.
- Fluent in Spanish and Business English.
Additional Information
This role is based in Madrid, Spain and reports to the Operations Manager in Madrid, Spain.
