About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at Irobot. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes, from customer fulfillment to sales order management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of customer fulfillment and sales order management
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Manage customer requests and expectations, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
  • Coordinate logistics requirements with 3PL coordinators and report on outbound orders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Control and report on internal audit findings, ensuring compliance with SOX controls

Requirements

  • At least two to three years' experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
  • Independent and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and coordinate tasks with the rest of the organization
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and excellent at organization
  • Supportive and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Fluent in Spanish and Business English

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and well-versed in dealing with an ERP system
