About the Role

The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the back of house team in a Tiffany store. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to work effectively with client advisors, management, corporate partners, and clients to drive store sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service, partnering with the Client Advisor and management team.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment, ensuring merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
  • Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, using reports and systems to maintain accuracy and control.
  • Support with service information, repairs, shipping, and inventory quickly and accurately.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the role is required.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong analytical skills needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail store hours as necessary.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
