Operations Coordinator

At Tiffany & Co., we're seeking a highly analytical and driven individual to join our team as an Operations Professional at our Madrid store. As a key member of our back-of-house team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service
- Partner with Client Advisors and management team to ensure seamless operations
- Oversee receipt of all incoming merchandise, including liaison with customs and shipping agents
- Support Client Services, including cleaning jewelry, transferring merchandise, and providing after-sales care
- Manage inventory, including monitoring and reconciling merchandise inventory, stock control, and cycle count accuracy
- Coordinate price changes and ensure all processes and systems support required service standards
- Partner with Store Management to ensure all onsite facilities are operating efficiently and WHS is managed according to company guidelines
- Minimum of three years' sales experience in a customer-focused environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Organized and detail-oriented with flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs
