Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at IQVIA. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the administrative functions of our Lifecycle Safety service lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in processing Lifecycle Safety data by collecting and tracking incoming Adverse Events (AE) information, determining initial/update status, and distributing event information to project personnel.
  • Support project workflow, including database entry, quality control activities, and generation of Lifecycle Safety data reports.
  • Provide administrative support, including project start-up tasks, creation and maintenance of project files, and systems access requests.
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks, such as shipping of information supplies to sites and performing project administrative tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining document control storage and relevant applications/systems.
Requirements
  • Scientific or healthcare discipline or allied life sciences degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 1 year relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Good understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions/guidelines, utilize initiative, and work independently.
