Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our COO and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the COO with operational activities, including task management and project coordination
  • Assist with budget management and event planning
  • Manage customer payments and solutions
  • Utilize task management and project management tools (ClickUp, Google Apps)
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, calendar management, and sending invitations
  • Submit tech support tickets as needed
  • Conduct daily sweeps of MyScaleSystems to identify any issues
  • Organize events based on budget guidelines
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an Operations or Admin Assistant
  • Experience in the consulting industry (preferred)
  • Experience with budget and event management
  • Excellent project management skills and multitasking ability
  • Experience using task management and project management tools
