Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our COO and ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the COO with operational activities, including task management and project coordination
- Assist with budget management and event planning
- Manage customer payments and solutions
- Utilize task management and project management tools (ClickUp, Google Apps)
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry, calendar management, and sending invitations
- Submit tech support tickets as needed
- Conduct daily sweeps of MyScaleSystems to identify any issues
- Organize events based on budget guidelines
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least 2+ years of experience as an Operations or Admin Assistant
- Experience in the consulting industry (preferred)
- Experience with budget and event management
- Excellent project management skills and multitasking ability
- Experience using task management and project management tools
