About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team and assist with the implementation and roll out of ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the organization and support of events, market visits, team meetings, and Townhalls
  • Support leaders with onboarding process for new hires and internal movements
  • Manage calendar activities and coordination and oversight of business meetings
  • Provide additional support to leaders with administrative tasks
  • Support Audits and governance systems access for channel

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken
  • Administrative support experience in a large organization
