About the Role
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team and assist with the implementation and roll out of ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization and support of events, market visits, team meetings, and Townhalls
- Support leaders with onboarding process for new hires and internal movements
- Manage calendar activities and coordination and oversight of business meetings
- Provide additional support to leaders with administrative tasks
- Support Audits and governance systems access for channel
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken
- Administrative support experience in a large organization
