Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at Helpoint Serveis. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that all operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on facility performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing facilities and teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
