Job Title: Manager Facility Services

At Goede Doelen Nederland, we are committed to improving the welfare of abused or discarded exotic mammals throughout Europe. As a Manager Facility Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including our reception locations in Almere and Villena, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement multi-annual maintenance plans for 23 buildings, two large terrains, and all equipment, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead and manage two local teams in Almere and Villena, Spain, and be responsible for people management.
  • Collaborate with animal care departments to develop and implement safety protocols and calamity plans.
  • Manage larger projects, such as renovation, building, and energy transition, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Contract and manage external suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to work at least on EQF 6-7 level (college) in Facility Services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
