Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at ING. As a key member of our Facilities Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our infrastructure, including direct supervision and coordination with third-party service providers.
- Oversee administrative processes related to provider management, including contract administration and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support and backup colleagues in the Facilities Team as needed.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance, including contract follow-up and negotiation.
- Lead projects to implement new services or infrastructure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with tenants in our premises.
- Coordinate with colleagues in Amsterdam on local data and systems.
- Graduate degree in a technical field (Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
