Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee our Spain estate, ensuring the highest facilities standards across our 65+ locations nationwide. As a critical member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing various aspects of our Spaces Bernabeu centre and other sites in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage facilities and property management suppliers to ensure seamless operations
- Oversee all aspects of the location, including vendors, utilities, security, and cleaning
- Take ownership of ensuring the highest facilities standards across our Spain estate
About You
We're looking for a candidate with experience in managing commercial buildings, who can plan and prioritise tasks, and possess an analytical mindset to diagnose and address facilities issues. Key traits include leading through others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
