The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for connecting with decision-makers who control significant Performance/Digital advertising budgets, working through an assigned target list to connect, pitch, launch, and grow key accounts, and thriving on selling into complex and dynamic organizations across a broad spectrum of verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  3. Conduct research on clients to bolster outreach and pitches, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  4. Represent adMarketplace at industry conferences and events to win new clients and promote our products.
  5. Collaborate across in-house departments to ensure client needs are continuously met.
  6. Maintain accurate and updated CRM data via Salesforce.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years as a top performer in B2B enterprise media sales, pitching to senior DMs and above, or background at media agency paid search team/brand direct paid search lead.
  • Proven winner with a deep desire to close big deals and earn large commissions.
  • Relationship-builder comfortable with a sales cycle of more than two/three months.
  • Self-starter that is able to follow instructions and go the extra mile.
