About the Role

goFLUENT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B sales professional to join our team as a Global Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and expanding our market territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify opportunities for account expansion, develop compelling business cases, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Leverage existing contacts and client relationships to connect global learning leaders with our solutions.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to nurture accounts and drive sales growth.
  4. Travel and Represent the Company: Represent goFLUENT at exhibitions and events, and travel to customer sites to support sales efforts.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3-5 Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the Training, e-Learning, and HR services industry.
  2. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of clients' organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
  3. Strong Business Acumen: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, RFP answer, and negotiation abilities.
  4. International Experience and Language Skills: Minimum B2 English level, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
  5. Team Player and Self-Motivated: Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable, with a strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
