About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Executive to join our team at Blue Novius. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base within the pharma and healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and expand our presence in the market.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise in the pharma industry and digital marketing solutions.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level and VP-Level executives, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensuring timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our management team to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities and challenges, and provide recommended solutions to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharma or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of closed sales, client satisfaction, and teamwork.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Strong collaboration and relational skills, with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
