Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Visage Executive Search. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Spanish market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Development: Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and channels in the Spanish market, formulating sales plans and achieving sales targets in line with the company's business strategy.
  • Market Analysis: Collaborate with the headquarters to formulate product, pricing, channel, and marketing strategies for the Spanish offline market, taking into account the current market situation and trends.
  • Channel Management: Regularly maintain and develop relationships with distributors and channels, improving client satisfaction and increasing channel brand exposure and proportion.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market demand, industry competitive product dynamics, and market trend information, formulating localized brand promotion strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience in brand development of consumer electronics/IT products.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the consumer electronics industry in the Spanish market and experience in successful cooperation with major local distributors and channels.
  • Skills: Keen market insight, experience in products, channels, customer management, and sales, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
  • Personal Qualities: Sincere and dedicated, proactive, good at communication, strong problem-solving ability, strong sense of responsibility, and execution ability.
