About the Role

SiteMinder's Groups & Chains team is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth across Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and signing partnerships with new hotel groups and chains, focusing on new revenue generation through the acquisition of new multi-property groups and collections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and nurture: Identify, prospect, and nurture opportunities through to deal closure with high-value multi-property groups across Southern Europe.
  • Consultative selling: Drive new business and strategically manage customer solutions, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of revenue management and hotel technology.
  • Commercial negotiation: Own commercial discussions, defend value, and negotiate key contractual terms.
  • Portfolio optimisation: Manage a small portfolio of existing groups with low property penetration and unlock growth across the entire group.
  • Hyper collaboration: Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to create a winning strategy for unlocking growth, ensuring SiteMinder is the preferred partner for multi-property groups in the region.
