Strategic Business Development Manager

The RoleWe're seeking a Strategic Business Development Manager to join our P&L Optimisation team. As a key member of our Global Business department, you'll work closely with business teams to negotiate strategic deals that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead commercial negotiations with key partners, ensuring maximum value generation and minimum cost impact. You'll also create and present bespoke business cases to top leadership, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals.
What You'll Need- 3-7 years of experience in a management consulting firm or a similar role
- Experience in cost optimisation, financial transformation, or corporate strategy
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- Strong business acumen and experience handling tough business situations
- A magic skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
- Interest in the financial industry
