About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at Promote Project. As a key member of our commercial strategy team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product and market approach, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the blockchain landscape.
Key Responsibilities
• Own business performance metrics, including overall volume growth, revenue, and active users across primary and secondary activities.
• Develop innovative, long-term product and business strategies rooted in deep market insights to drive revenue growth and create competitive differentiation.
• Offer expertise as an active trader who is always on top of the blockchain ecosystem news and trends.
• Support GTM campaigns, providing ecosystem perspective to ensure all launches are positioned well, explained clearly, and received well by the community.
• Broker win-win partnerships between your assigned ecosystem and internal teams across business development, VIP, and marketing.
• Be accountable for the quality of our marketplace product by constantly testing, escalating bugs, and working closely with product teams to ensure our platform is best-in-class.
• Represent the ecosystem and provide valuable insights to guide continuous improvement across product and brand.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic partnerships, commercial strategy, or product strategy roles in high-growth technology startup environments.
• Deep market knowledge, including a deep understanding of crypto and NFT traders, market trends, and NFT projects.
• Deep user expertise, with experience as an active user of Magic Eden and other analogous platforms or dApps.
• A self-starter with a proven track record of driving business impact and product differentiation.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate, with a team player mindset and a strong respect for diverse perspectives.
