Role Overview

As a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our B2B clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist business customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Engage with clients to identify and implement effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Handle troubleshooting, innovation, and change management as part of your daily responsibilities.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and AI tools to enhance your expertise in customer service.
  • Manage payment-related inquiries from both sellers and buyers across various platforms.
  • Contribute to improving the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring high-quality service and managing Trustpilot reviews.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues while proposing appropriate resolutions.
  • Analyze and refine business processes to improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • A keen interest in technological advancements, such as chatbot integrations.
  • Ability to think creatively to resolve customer challenges.
  • A technical background is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills with fast typing abilities.
