Role Overview
As a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our B2B clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist business customers via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Engage with clients to identify and implement effective solutions to their inquiries.
- Handle troubleshooting, innovation, and change management as part of your daily responsibilities.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology and AI tools to enhance your expertise in customer service.
- Manage payment-related inquiries from both sellers and buyers across various platforms.
- Contribute to improving the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring high-quality service and managing Trustpilot reviews.
- Identify and escalate customer issues while proposing appropriate resolutions.
- Analyze and refine business processes to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- A keen interest in technological advancements, such as chatbot integrations.
- Ability to think creatively to resolve customer challenges.
- A technical background is advantageous.
- Proficient computer skills with fast typing abilities.
