Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist - German to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluent level of both written and spoken German (native)
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
  • Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a contact center environment
  • Patience and empathy to support customers in a paratransit service
  • Autonomous and fast learner to provide effective support and be proactive
  • Solution-oriented to provide the correct and best outcome for the customer
  • Passionate about giving a great customer experience and have the ability to connect with customers, build rapport, and show empathy
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize workload with the ability to work under pressure
