Customer Support Specialist

Textron Aviation is seeking a highly skilled 1CALL Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our 1CALL Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless interactions with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
- Report daily metrics to leadership, including customer satisfaction, part status, and service issues.
- Identify and resolve AOG events, consulting with leads to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
- Assist with issue resolutions regarding critical parts, technical items, or service challenges for each AOG event.
- Log information into CSINFO in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the Fleet Program organization and contribute to specific projects or objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A&P License preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relative customer support experience, preferably in the aviation industry.
- Proficiency in English and one other European language (Spanish or German preferred).
- Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
