About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Wibit Consulting & Services (Wibitcs). As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our services, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer contacts in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, demonstrating a full understanding of our client and brand values.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, providing accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance customer support and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Fluent level of both written and spoken German (native)
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English
  • Experience in the customer service industry and ideally in a Contact Centre environment
  • Be patient and empathic, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers
  • Autonomous and fast learner, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Solution-oriented, with a focus on providing the correct and best outcome for the customer
  • Passionate about giving a great customer experience, with the ability to connect with customers and show empathy
  • Well organized and able to prioritize workload, with the ability to work under pressure
