About the Role

Our esteemed client, a leading provider of customer support services for international businesses, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist B2B clients via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Engage with customers to identify and implement effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, innovation, and change management as part of daily operations.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and AI tools to enhance service delivery and develop expertise in this area.
  • Manage and resolve payment-related inquiries from both sellers and buyers across multiple platforms.
  • Contribute to improving the company’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) by ensuring high-quality service and addressing Trustpilot reviews.
  • Identify and escalate customer issues while proposing appropriate resolutions.
  • Analyze and refine business processes to optimize the customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German at a native level and proficient in English.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Interest in innovative solutions, such as chatbot integrations.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers.
  • A technical background is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills with fast typing capabilities.
