Job Title: Customer Support Advisor - German

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Advisor - German in Barcelona.

About the Role:

As a Customer Support Advisor - German, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our services by handling contacts over the telephone and by email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal processes to provide accurate and effective support.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fluent level of both written and spoken German (native).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the customer service industry, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
