German Language Sales Team Lead

German-World, Inc is seeking a highly skilled German-speaking Sales Team Lead to join our team in Valencia.
About the Role:As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting team performance, providing feedback to agents, and motivating team members to achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for organizing weekly meetings, tracking agent training, and participating in the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and report team performance, including call treatment and case treatment
- Provide feedback to agents on their individual performance
- Motivate team members to achieve their goals
- Organize weekly meetings to discuss team performance and provide feedback
- Track agent training and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates
- Manage disciplinary issues effectively
- Collect and analyze metrics to report to management and the quality team
- Excellent German language skills (C1-C2) and fluent English (B2-C1)
- Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications
- Business knowledge and commercial awareness
- IT knowledge
- High customer care knowledge
- Experience managing a sales team
- Ability to implement and manage change
- Follow security rules and company policies
- Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance
- Full-time contract with a great schedule (Monday to Friday, 9h-18h)
