Job Title: German Sales Team Leader/Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Sales Team Leader/Supervisor to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report team performance, providing feedback and coaching to individual team members to improve performance.
  • Training and Development: Keep track of each team member's training and development needs, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the recruitment process, working closely with the HR Department to identify and attract top talent.
  • Shift Optimization: Organize and optimize shifts to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure processes and procedures are up to date and adhered to, taking ownership of process improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Take incoming customer calls, log call details, and provide response and resolution within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Sales Techniques: Guide team members on selling techniques for complex outbound-driven sales, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Bilingual or proficient in German and advanced level of English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales leadership or management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Change Management: Ability to implement and manage change, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
  • Customer Care: High customer care orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Project Management: Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Personal and Professional Development: Ability to develop personal and professional skills, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
  • IT Knowledge: IT knowledge and skills, with a focus on Windows, MS Office, and internet configuration.
  • Business Knowledge: Business knowledge and commercial drive, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
