Account Manager

At Steris Canada Corporation, we're dedicated to helping our customers create a healthier and safer world. As an Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in achieving this goal by providing innovative solutions and education to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within your assigned territory
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Plan sales activities such as education trainings, inventory evaluations, and maintenance inspections
- Resolve all customer service issues in an effective and timely manner
- Document customer activities, purchase orders, etc. within our CRM
- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with customers and senior managers
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-7 years of sales experience, including a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Medical device/service sales/B2B desirable preferred
- Industry certifications preferred (IAHCSMM, AORN, CCSVP, SGNA)
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Solid system skills (Microsoft Office, Sales/Customer tracking software packages)
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office suite, experienced user of CRM to manage sales pipeline and activities
